Are you safe?
prepare the congregation before disclosing
Jesus warned us to beware of wolves in sheep's clothing.
the wolf has just had the sheep's clothing removed
WE are about to be informed of an evil
let us trust in the Lord to help us get through
for strength, resiliance and endurance to face and deal with this.
do not fear
May the peace of Christ be in our hearts
have a comfortable setting
after making the disclosure close in prayer
asking God to help us work through this.
Supporting the vicariously traumatised.
some questions asked:
how did it happen?
what efforts were done to prevent it
abusers are sneaky
systems are a challenge to them
but dislosures have been made
and action taken

I hate to add to the demands on Lifeline 13 11 14 but they would assist
